From House to Disco

Exploring the nuances of Techno with sophistication and originality, the duo From House To Disco releases a new EP on Ella De Vuono’s label, Diversall Music, marking the return of the project to the catalogue. Formed by Livia Lanzoni and Bruna Ferreira, From House To Disco has been gaining notoriety in the Brazilian electronic music scene, representing its identity on prominent national record labels such as Cocada Music by Leo Janeiro and Massa Records by Renato Cohen, as well as being present at highly visible parties and festivals such as Piknic Électronik, Glitterbox, Rara, Drop Dance Society (Barcelona) and Rock in Rio (Lisbon).

In this new release titled“Algo-Rhythm”, From House to Disco delves into the frontiers of Techno by presenting a track with heavy, energy, movement and of course, without leaving aside the grooves and that dancing atmosphere that is the duo’s trademark. With drums that give dynamics and density to the arrangement, the combination of stab cuts and sequencers deliver the bold punch of “Algo-Rhythm”, presenting a still unexplored side of From House to Disco.

In addition to the original track, the EP also features the Gabto’s remix for the title track, working on the essence of the original melody with an acidic and breakbeat approach, which is perfect for moments of peak time of the night. “Algo-Rhythm” was released on October 6th and already has support from artists such as Valentina Luz at DGTL Amsterdam, Eli Iwasa at Tomorrowland Brasil and Due at Warung Tour, and reached the charts of the week on Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music.
